Happy Monday!
Clearly I have commitment issues since I’m posting the 2nd installment of Weekly Links on Monday instead of the weekend. I guess it’s not much of a series if I do it once and miss the next one, huh?
Truthfully, I’m not sorry. Yesterday the sun was shining—and I’m glad I enjoyed a great Bikram class first thing in the morning, had some lunch downtown while watching marathoners cross the finish line, and watched the movie, Her, with Mark. Time spent unplugged from the internet is time well-spent—though that doesn’t mean I love you guys any less.
Even so, I wanted to share a few recipes and articles that caught my eye last week.

The Big Vegan Bowl via Oh She Glows
Who says salad has to be boring? With this gorgeous salad, it’s easy to “eat the rainbow.”

While I do think that sugar addiction is a real thing, I think it’s more of the “all or nothing” attitude and setting the wrong types of diet/health-related goals that lead so many to fail.
Pastor tries atheism, loses job, gains $19,000 via CNN
I’m not sure whether I agree with his overall premise, but it’s encouraging how the atheist community has embraced him and given him a hand.

This is quite the well-rounded list—including some places I’d never have thought to add to my “must see” travel destinations.
