Good morning!
I’m exhausted. And I can’t begin to express how grateful I am that it’s Friday. A certain someone (hint: it’s not me, my husband, or the dog) will NOT sleep. At least this is just a phase.
I’m thrilled to tell you that my very first guest post is being shared by the lovely Carla Birnberg.
Most of you healthy living blog readers are probably familiar with Carla and her “what you can when you can” (#wycwyc) book and movement. But, if not, just know that she’s been blogging professionally since 2001 and has received many accolades for her writing and motivational speaking.
Needless to say, I’m honored to share my thoughts with her audience!
You probably won’t hear from me until next week, so have a fantastic weekend!

I loved your guest post! Open and honest posts without any frills are my favorite. I especially liked reading how being a mother reshaped your thinking.
While I am on the small side, I’ve never really felt the “skinny shaming”. However, sometimes I feel like I am not “womanly” and that others notice that. I guess I have that societal view of a woman being curvy, but I know that’s not always the case. I definitely think the “real women” crap has got to go. Can we just celebrate all healthy women?
