Taking a break this Christmas…

Hey friends! I just wanted to let you know that I’m going to be away from the blog for the next week or two. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to take a break or not, but when my laptop refused to turn on this past Sunday as I was preparing to edit some drafts, I took it as a sign.

May you all have a blessed, happy, and fulfilling Christmas and New Year.

This year has been one for the books, and I’m so grateful for my beautiful family and all that we’ve experienced so far together.

Even though he’s still young, I’m hoping Bazooka gets excited on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning when we gather around the glittering tree and open presents.

And even if he throws a tantrum or wants to play solely with gift wrap and cardboard boxes, that will be ok, too.

Hopefully this break will give me time to refresh, declutter (mostly my mind), and prepare to bring some new content and positive things to this little bloggity-blog. But most of all, I hope it allows me to have some quality time with the family.

Stay safe and eat plenty of delicious food for me, ok? I’ll still pop up on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter occasionally.
