Having trouble finding the perfect gift for the new (and seasoned) moms in your life? This Holiday Gift Guide for Moms is full of thoughtful and reasonably priced gifts that every mom will enjoy.
Since I became a mom, my gift preferences—if you can call them that—have changed.
I rarely splurge on items for myself, and when I do treat myself, it’s usually something useful or an item I can share with my family.
This year, I’ve put on my thinking cap and come up with a list of gifts that would be perfect for a mom-to-be, new mother, or seasoned mom.
Without further ado…

Mom’s One Line A Day* book
I bought this for myself after Bazooka was born, and I love it! It’s difficult to remember to write every day, but I love reading through it with Mark on evenings when we feel like reminiscing.
Comfy sweatpants
Because busy moms look forward to little else than stripping off their regular clothes and stepping into their cozies! I love the Fabletics* Hamilton jogger—so comfy!
L’Occitane Almond Milk Veil lotion
My mother-in-law introduced me to this stuff, and it’s now my favorite lotion. It smells great, has a pretty light shimmer to it, and leaves no greasy mess.
Children’s Initial jewelry
Every woman loves jewelry. This one is so delicate, and I kind of want one myself (hint, hint).
Personalized tumbler
When I came home from the hospital after having Bazooka, my water bottle was glued to my side. Nursing moms, in particular, need to drink a lot of water, and personalized tumblers add a little flare. I like this style personally, but this one is cute, too.
A nice candle
To use on those rare, relaxing occasions when the kids are asleep or staying with grandparents. 😉 I’ve heard great things about the Rewined* candles.
Plum Paper planner
I am anxiously awaiting delivery of my 2017 planner, but I reviewed my 2016 one here. Plum Paper has so many gorgeous designs and covers to choose from, and I find their prices to be very reasonable. The busy mom will appreciate this as she’s chauffeuring children to piano lessons and soccer practice!
The Tote Project bag
I love these because they give back—each bag or pouch is hand-sewn by human trafficking survivors in India. And, let’s face it, every mom needs something to carry around all her stuff!
Mama Bear sweatshirt
I saw this adorable sweatshirt on Instagram and fell in love. Don’t mess with a Mama Bear, that’s for sure!
Stitch Fix* subscription or gift card
I just recently received my first “fix,” and I was floored by how intuitive my stylist, Kate, was. All of the items were spot-on in color and style, but I ended up keeping just one dress and one blouse (out of 5 items) due to slightly imperfect fit. Whether you gift a subscription, a one-time fix, or a gift card, the ladies in your life will love this gift because it suits her style and shape.
