Hey, friends!
How was your week and how is your weekend going?
I’ve got to be honest—this week was a doozy. Not bad, per se, just really busy and a little overwhelming at work. But…it ended on a high note since my birthday was Friday!
Everybody made me feel so special…and I’m still recovering from a CARB COMA from all the cake, donuts, pizza, and other carb-y things I’ve eaten all weekend. #worthit
Yesterday was low-key (we slept late, did some grocery shopping, and watched a movie while the little guy napped), but this afternoon we’re going to see the Venardos Circus “Cirque du Mardi Gras” show downtown. Hopefully Bazooka can handle sitting still for 1.5 hours!
Anyway, here are some fabulous links for you guys to read. Have a great, relaxing Sunday!

I love Waffle House’s hashbrowns…haha! They are so good! 😀 Glad you had a great birthday! I’m making dinner for my husband tomorrow because Vday is also his birthday! I also got us a little chocolate cake to share!

I definitely enjoyed my hash browns last night! We usually do homemade dinner for V-day, too – I think it makes it extra special. Hope you two (three? hehe) enjoyed that cake!
